I became aware of something that seemed to be a physical manifestation. The primary manifestation was an an entity. It seemed to be non-living. I would classify it as spirit or ghost. A short elderly man, dressed in turn of the century (early 1900's) suit and top hat, complete with cane. Translucent, i could see the streetlights through him.. The primary manifestation was prepared for the event. It was prepared for my presence.

The primary activities of the event were: sensing something non-visible and observation or analysis. The event lasted approximately 20 seconds at most. I do not have physical evidence to corroborate my data.

I would like to add the following: I couldn't sleep, so decided to take a walk around the neighborhood. Nearing the park, close to the north end where it meets the street, I saw a figure walking towards me dressed immaculately, though rather 'old-fashioned'. As he approached, I realized that I could see the streetlight bulb directly behind him. In other words, I was seeing THROUGH him. It totally startled me and I froze, stupefied. He got maybe 15 feet from me, and.... poof!.... he just disappeared into nothingness! Witnessing this was strange enough, but what really blew my mind was that, after I'd settled down some, I remembered I also HEARD his footsteps!.
