PRE-EVENT

Leading up to my experience, I was eating. Physically I was relaxed. Mentally, I was focused. Emotionally, I felt happy. My mind was very connected to my physical location. My body was in a town. Most of the experience happened outdoors. I was in a garden. Visually, it was ordinary. The weather condition was sunny. The temperature was hot. I was prepared for this experience. It seemed the encounter was planned. I was alone. There was a definitive moment which identified the beginning of the experience.
